SSC CHSL 2020: The Staff Selection Commission has confirmed that the tier 1 computer based examination (CBE) of CHSL 2020-2021 will be conducted from April 12 to 27, 2021. SSC released the official notification for the Combined Higher Secondary Level recruitment exam for 2020-2021 session at ssc.nic.in on November 6.
As one of the most important and popular annual recruitment events conducted by the commission, the SSC CHSL 2020 will create employment opportunities by filling up vacancies in various ministries, departments and offices of the Government of India.
As per the CHSL 2020-2021 notification released by the SSC, the commission will host an online registration and form fill-up event for intending candidates. The online registration process already commenced with the release of the official notification on November 6.
Registration Process will be opened from 6 November 2020- 15 December 2020.

- Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)
- Postal Assistant (PA)/Sorting Assistant (SA)
- Data Entry Operators (DEO)
- Data Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’

Pay Scale:
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Pay Level-2 (Rs. 19,900-63,200).
- Postal Assistant (PA)/Sorting Assistant (SA): Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100).
- Data Entry Operator (DEO): Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100) and Level-5(Rs.29,200-92,300).
- Data Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’: Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100).

SSC CHSL 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- For LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG): 12th passed or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
- For Data Entry Operator (DEO) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG): 12th passed in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent

SSC CHSL Selection Process:
SSC CHSL Selection will be done on the basis of:
- Tier I Exam - Computer Based Examination
- Tier II - Descriptive Paper
- Tier III - Typing Test/ Skill Test.
SSC CHSL Tier 1 Exam Pattern:
The exam will be conducted through online mode. There will 100 objective type questions on:
